Hi.
today I recognized a very nasty bug with the TBook 11 keyboard, which prevents the tablet to go into standby. It doesn’t matter if running Windows or Android. Thus, maybe it’s a BIOS setting?
However, having the keyboard connected I press the power button to switch the tablet into standby mode. Slowly close the “lid” and voila, the tablet wakes up again as soon as the screen nearly touches the keyboard. Even worse, having the tablet attached to the keyboard and in “closed” position you have no chance to switch send it into standby mode again, not even with the power button.
As soon as you detach the keyboard everything works fine. Thus, it has nothing to do with the magnets found inside the keyboard.
However, as the keyboard itself is a USB device I suspect the tablet is getting a signal from the keyboard as soon as the flexible cable at the connector reaches a specific position. If we could disable a USB wakeup inside the BIOS the problem could be solved with such a workaround, at least.
Greetings too all.
