If anyone could give a clear guide about how to extract the 4 windows files and put them properly on the USB drive it would really help as I think that is the problem.  Somehow the USB is not recognized.  It is named WINPE and formatted in fat32. I have extracted the files but I get some errors doing so. I have tried downloading the files twice and nothing seems to work.  I really need help please!

I  bought a USB hub a USB keyboard and mouse and was able to access the bios but there is no option to boot usb. So I still am stuck. I really want windows to work again.  I have asked for any help and not even a single response. I have contacted the seller and they have not responded yet. Besides flashing the bios is there any way to install Windows on this device?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you don’t see the pendrive on bios it’s because you’re doing something wrong… it MUST be in FAT32 and it MUST be bootable (obvious).

I suggest you downloading Win10 ISO from MS servers, install on a pen using rufus (check MBR for UEFI and FAT32 format), install windows regulary and then reinstall drivers disabling the signature check, that’s all!.

(Then you should make the usual “fine tuning” like editing the screen response, audio enhacements, etc).
