Hi! I recently got my Chuwi Vi10 and updated it to Windows 10, but I wanted a fresh setup so I went to “Reset this PC” under Settings/Update and Security/Recovery. After the process I got an error and my tablet won’t turn on. I tried to make a bootable USB, but in the BIOS it doesn’t show as an option to boot from.
Are you sure you have enough power? Try charging it overnight. Then connect up a USB keyboard and hit escape on boot to get into the bios.
