Need Help reinstalling Windows 10 on X98 Plus

Hi all,

I just got my X98 Plus and wanted to reset Windows, to change everything to German.
The Problem is, the reset failed and now I’m not able, to boot into Windows anymore.

but I’m not able to download the Windows recovery files. (Google don’t allow!!!)

Can you please help me??

How can I make it run again???

But I didn’t found how to activate Windows! Any Ideas?
