Oh and please put a FAT32 formatted SD card in the tablet first.
August 21, 2016 at 4:31 am #47509and after this?
got the file and put it on the SD Card
August 21, 2016 at 3:55 pm #47525did i miss something? should i boot with this fix.img instead recovery.img?
August 21, 2016 at 4:20 pm #47527Sorry, for delayed response. Yes, please boot fix.img instead of recovery.img.
Hopefully it will generate a directory on the SD card called Hi8_SetupFixLogs with the following files inside:- log_a.txt
- var.txt
- uefi_var.bin
- acpi_var.bin
If not look for the files in /data/Hi8_SetupFixLogs. (You can use the TWRP filemanager to copy them to your SD card.)
If you send me log_a.txt and uefi_var.bin files I can check the utility is compatible with your tablet. If you post the files on the board please zip them and DO NOT include acpi_var.bin.
August 21, 2016 at 4:41 pm #47528seems not 100% compatible
only got two files (one in the external Folder and ohne found in Data)
EDIT:
the UEFIvar.bin found in root folder

August 21, 2016 at 4:49 pm #47531I don’t know why you copied the file to SD, communication breakdown?
Can you use TWRP to start a terminal command in /exteral_sd/Hi8_SetupFixLogs then enter the command:
“/sbin/c > log.txt”
That should generate log.txt.August 21, 2016 at 4:56 pm #47533😉 i read your post above to insert a SD Card and…copied the file 😉 so missunderstood from my side

Run “./fix” terminal command at /sbin/EDIT: removed link.
August 21, 2016 at 5:25 pm #47537Re the mix up: Fairly understandable given we’re not communicating in your native language 🙂
August 21, 2016 at 5:33 pm #47538done…just asked “Default OS Selection” and at the end “70 issues found”
reboot now?
August 21, 2016 at 5:35 pm #47539No, let me check something first.
August 21, 2016 at 5:38 pm #47540I think it was actually 20 not 70 🙂
If you have the output on screen can you please check?August 21, 2016 at 5:41 pm #47541can be also 20…problem is…see screenshot (have some strippes above whole Screen after TWRP locked first time)
