Sorry, for delayed response. Yes, please boot fix.img instead of recovery.img.
Hopefully it will generate a directory on the SD card called Hi8_SetupFixLogs with the following files inside:

    • log_a.txt
    • var.txt
    • uefi_var.bin
    • acpi_var.bin

If not look for the files in /data/Hi8_SetupFixLogs. (You can use the TWRP filemanager to copy them to your SD card.)

If you send me log_a.txt and uefi_var.bin files I can check the utility is compatible with your tablet. If you post the files on the board please zip them and DO NOT include acpi_var.bin.

I don’t know why you copied the file to SD, communication breakdown?

Can you use TWRP to start a terminal command in /exteral_sd/Hi8_SetupFixLogs then enter the command:
    “/sbin/c > log.txt”
    That should generate log.txt.

Put this file onto your SD card, use TWRP’s file manager to put in in /sbin/.
Run “./fix” terminal command at /sbin/

    EDIT: removed link.

Re the mix up: Fairly understandable given we’re not communicating in your native language 🙂

It’s 20, it should be OK to restart.
