I have registered on Chuwi’s forums a couple of weeks ago, however, I can not verify as I have not received an E-mail from Chuwi, there is a post from emily saying that if people register and don’t receive an E-mail to contact her but to contact her you need to be registered, LOL.

I have not registered there at all (yet).  But you don’t have to register to download the file. @nbat58

Strange, the cloud asked for a password and accessing it from Chuwi’s site it says that I needed to be verified.

    I will try again.

@nbat58 I just registered on the Chuwi forum.  They instantly accepted my registration without any email verification.  They never sent an email – they just said basically “welcome, you’re registered” as soon as I submitted my desired username and password, etc.  Edit: It looks like email verification was dropped on May 17th.  They were having problems with their email system and getting complaints about verification on new registrations.

Are these the instructions you followed? Sorry if I’m being a bit obnoxious here, I just don’t want to kill my new tablet.

I have tried flashing those bios multiple times with no luck. When I try to boot from the usb stick it just boots normally. Has it worked for anyone?

I just tried to flash my bios and my tablet won’t turn on now. Screen is black and it doesn’t do anything. Is there something like a recovery mode or something?

@Ahmed, you may need to contact Chuwi for the steps to recovery, you can get help from emily either on this forum or Chuwi’s own forum.

Hope you’ll get it sorted mate, please let everyone here know how you got on.

@Andrew, same here. I contacted chuwi and they told me that i have to contact the seller and return my tablet for repair. There’s nothing you can do to fix it.
