New Jumper EzPad 6 Pro – DOA

Just received my Jumper EzPad 6 Pro and have have charged it (the orange LED is off). When I hold down the power button the LED flashes blue for about a second but then turns off and the tablet doesn’t turn on, nothing appears on the screen.

I have tried this with and without the keyboard dock connected, gives the same result. I am wondering if the battery is faulty as without the DC charge cable connected I can’t even get the blue light to flash when I hold the power button down.

I have contacted Bang Good regarding returning it. :-/

Quick update – Banggood paid for the return postage and replaced the tablet with a new one which works perfectly.

Overall the tablet performs well, it is just a shame it doesn’t support charging via the micro USB or USB-C ports. That is the only real negative of this model that I have noticed.
