No Android Charging

I’m really trying to love this tablet but the quality is just not here.  Thought I was one of the lucky one with no issues but yesterday out of the blue I get no charging in Android.  Well kinda of, if I plug the tablet in before booting into Android it will charge.  If I unplug or just plug it in while in Android no charging and the battery just drains.  I’ve tried 8 different chargers and 5 cables.  Windows works fine. plug – unplug and acts like it should.  I also get the normal screen light up to show battery if the tablet is off.  Now I’ve re flashed the stock ROM and Mireks ver 2.1 and 3.0 all with a full wipe and all behave the same.  Anyone else experience weird charging in Android?

Plug first the microusb in the tablet then the charger in the outlet. I used to do the opposite and while I had the charging icon, it was stuck on the same value for hours.

gave it a shot even though I’m sure I had tried this combo as I’ve spent hours messing with this.  If the is no charger attached while it boots into Android it will not charge no matter which charger or PC is connected to it.  If the charger is connected before boot it will boot into Android and show it’s charging (it actually is) and then you can disconnect the cable and re-connect whenever and it will resume charging like normal.  This is probably the strangest – most explainable thing I’ve seen on any phone or tablet.  For now I’ll just be mindful to ensure it’s plugged before booting.  I’m really hoping someone releases a high-end quality dual boot 9.7″ tablet later this year…
