    Hello,

Last week, I wanted to charge my Teclast X98 Air 3G. The tablet has been burned. Since then it can not be switched on anymore. Today, I opened it and found that a chip was smeared. I have attached a picture. Has someone already happened something like that, or does anyone know what the chip is called?

I did a little research. I think that it is a voltage transformer (IC Driver), only I do not know which one. Would it help to replace it?

    Thank you very much.

    Kind regards

    Hi, Danel.

Got same problem, chip burnt while tablet chargin. This is OTG power distributor, so you can simply unsolder it to restore tablet functionality (except OTG function, of course).
