Anybody know how reinstall android in Chuwi VI10 32Gb

Because update the BIOS I had audio problems and tried to solve it by reinstalling android but now in addition to the sound problems have joined the wifi does not work and the touch screen.

Someone could help me install android zero to solve the problems of drivers once solved this issue try to install Windows again.
