    Hi,

    I just bought teclast x5  first time,

    But no sound occur in Windows 10. I open the box and try first time no sound occur but detected realtek in system device. I tried in volume manager the signal is working but no sound occur

    Can someone help me

    Works the 3,5mm audio jack?

    You have not only the windows volume manager. You also have a realtek software on system tray (or in start menu). Check this.
