I hope anyone of you has an idea what I could do.
Since a couple of days my Teclast X98 Pro has no more sound output in Windows 10.
It’s the K9C6 dual Boot version.
In Android the speaker and the headphone jack is working fine without any issues.
But in Windows there is no Sound output neither from the spakers nor from the headphone jack.
The only thing that is working is sound output over Bluetooth A2DP Device to my Hifi Receiver.
I already tried several times to remove and reinstall the audio drivers. It installs correctly and if i start music player or some other sound output it shows that signal is coming in the audio volume mixer. But I can’t hear anything.
Even tried to reset Windows completely and removed all my Data and Programms. But still no sound.
Any Idea what to do?
By the way; I cannot send it back for warranty because I did the full size USB Mod.
After that mod the sound was working without any issues for a couple of weeks. So this can’t be the reason.
