    Yes factory reset, it would have been a case of the retailer doing their after sale check then sending it out. It happens to a lot of the tech I review, accounts already created etc.

    Is there any factory reset howto for ezbook 3 Pro or just go through the posts? Also I wonder has it happen to other people on here.

    In the search bar of Windows type rest, then click reset this PC
