In my new Hi12 from Banggood, touch control does not work during boot up. It means that I cannot use the boot selector to choose the operating  system. It always boots to the last system. If that is not what I want, I have to change it from inside the system. Anyone else has this problem?

Also, in the same unit, charging doesn´t work while in Windows. It does work in Android. See my separate post.

During the boot only the volume keys are working to select Android or Windows.

concerning charging , i don’t know , perhaps a strange profil parameter in Windows 10.

Thanks dje2006dje for the information. My old Teclast X98 dual boot has exactly the same boot selector image on the start up screen, but unlike Hi12 there is touch control, so it works like intuition tells you it should. Lacking any user manual, how is a new Hi12 user supposed to know?

On the Windows charging issue, don´t you think other users should have complained if it is a general issue and not my specific unit being broken. I wonder what Chris saw when he tested?
