Maybe you want to try this?:
Use a OTG hub to connect to your X98. One port of the hub you plug in the Windows USB drive, another port you plug in a keyboard & mouse (e.g. Logitech wireless combo – one wireless dongle allows you connect to both a keyboard and a mouse.
- Power on the X98.
- Shortly after you see something on the screen (e.g. a tiny arrow), press Esc. You should then be in the BIOS setup.
- Go to the 2nd tab, set your USB drive the 1st one in the Boot Order.
- Go to the 3rd tab, there should be a place showing Boot Overide, select your USB drive and press Enter. Your X98 should reboot with the USB drive. You can then install Windows.
If nothing happens in (4), try to select a something like “Restore to Default:, then select the Boot Override.
If after rebooting, the X98 does not show the Windows installation screen, you may need to try plugging the USB drive to another port of the hub, then retry the steps above.
Also, for some reasons, the USB drive created by MS Media Creation Tool did not work, so I ended up downloading the Windows ISO file, and then use Rufus to create the bootable USB drive.
Hope this helps.

I thought this was going to work, but of course my curse with technology strikes again. I followed all your steps, and when it gets to loading the windows, I get a blue screen. Is there a way where I can just load Windows only, and then Flash android after windows is installed? I have a picture of the Blue Screen.

Was your Windows USB drive created by Rufus?
If I have the same situation I will trying to re-flash Android or even the BIOS.
I used the imran.rar here http://techtablets.com/forums/topic/restoring-back-android-on-c5j6/ to flash Android because I felt something strange with the partition table that comes with Mirek’s ROM (see my post here http://techtablets.com/forums/topic/want-a-24gb-partition-for-android-but-failed-please-kindly-help/)
To flash the BIOS, please see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61719173&postcount=9792.
Wish you best of luck.
