Odd mouse acceleration after patch

My aim feels super floaty after the last update, even though raw input is on. I checked sensitivity and it’s unchanged, but it feels different. I didn’t touch anything in the mouse software either. Could a patch mess with DPI interpretation somehow? Anyone else’s aim feel weird lately without changing settings?
