Onda v919 3g air sim not detected

hello, my name is Angie and I am new to the forum. I just bought a onda v919 3g white air and this is a 3g but when I put my sim card data is not recognized because it puts me in cellular “insert sim” when it is already in . I tried with another sim but it works either. . Onda my sim lock because it would be in information sees Huawei dongle name ??? weird. could someone help me for the tablet recognizes my sim card?
