March 9, 2016 at 1:37 pm #28592Hello, i had the same problem with my Onda V919 3g Black and Gold Edition dualboot Device.
After i tried to Reset my windows 10 installation, the progress stops at 64% and the device restarts.
So i downloaded the Windows 10 Images for Onda V919 dualboot devices from http://www.ondaforum.com/files/ and  make a fresh windows install. After that all was fine.
Regards
April 12, 2016 at 8:37 am #33118I’ve had that happen too. Â I just rebooted to command prompt when windows rebooted into a “recovery mode”. Â Then I inserted my usb drive with just a standard windows installation on it. Â At the command prompt, I changed the drive letter to “d”. Â I then ran setup.exe and installed windows from the command prompt and during the installation, I wiped out the hard drive (don’t do this if you want to save android though, you need to go with the stock installation script contained within the files downloaded from onda, you can do this if you keep getting stuck at 64% though and it will format the drive and install windows, you will need to load all the drivers though, or after the windows installation restarts ((after having formatted the drive)), start the android installation, let it complete, then run the onda windows installation.)))
worked for me (done it like 15 times)

Would you kind enough to tell me, how I can go to command prompt?

May 1, 2016 at 9:03 pm #35751Guys, had exact same issue. It was bootloop that never ended. I reinstalled windows using the image from this site. Was a bit of a nightmare to be honest, mostly because of the Google translation of Chinese how to guide (I don’t think it was a great guide even before I translated it). I managed it so it is possible and it is not as hard as I thought it might be.
