geekbuying are preselling what looks like a variation on GPD’s pocket, going under the name of “One Mix”. Its CPU is downspec from pocket’s Z8750, this one’s Z8350, but it has 8Gb RAM, which will be single channel instead of the X7’s duals, unless Intel has done an upgrade on the quiet, but the Z8350’s data sheet still says single. The only other Z8350 device with 8Gb RAM so far is Voyo’s vbook i3, and this One Mix umpc also has stylus, which, from the photos, is the stylus that Voyo is using for i3, i5, i7plus and their i8 Android tablets, stated as 2048 levels pressure sensitivity. Mix’s name also appears to refer to Lenovo’s Yoga Miix devices, because, unlike the GPD pocket, it has 360 degree hinges, so can be used as a very small tablet. More inputs than pocket, too, micro USB and HDMI, USB 3, USB-C, micro SD slot, which are fitted into the areas of the case that pocket uses for fan vent, so no fan because of the more relaxed CPU. Expensive for a Z8350 device, though. Oh, and backlit keyboard, too! Crazy…
