First, good news on the 64bit. Bad news is, mine’s 32bit. ( I didn’t buy  it from aliexpress)

    Just a couple observations:

The keyboard looks good. I kind of want one now. I have something like this at the moment.

    https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.222.1VlJJT&id=525283448124&ns=1&abbucket=16#detail

    (Leather case and bluetooth keyboard)

Second and more importantly, neither of my usb ports are blue. I haven’t tested them yet to see if one is in fact usb 3.

So some are 32bit and others are 64bit.

The good news is that they have a working 64bit bios. I hope mine is 64bit as I really don’t fancy doing a bios upgrade.

I do not know much about windows tablets. This will be my first but can you boot it into safe mode via a usb keyboard? Can you try connected the tablet to a display?

It’s probably a video driver issue or it’s been set to the wrong refresh rate.
