Whoohoo just got my chuwi to UK london. The best news is it is 64BIT OS. Will give mine first impression abit later.

Just a couple observations:
The keyboard looks good. I kind of want one now. I have something like this at the moment.

Second and more importantly, neither of my usb ports are blue. I haven’t tested them yet to see if one is in fact usb 3.

The good news is that they have a working 64bit bios. I hope mine is 64bit as I really don’t fancy doing a bios upgrade.

My system is 64Bit…so i think not first batch..
I do not know much about windows tablets. This will be my first but can you boot it into safe mode via a usb keyboard? Can you try connected the tablet to a display?
It’s probably a video driver issue or it’s been set to the wrong refresh rate.
