Overscan problem

Hello, when I connect my cube iwork8 air to my TV then I got an big overscan issue, cannot set a custom resolution to solve it, scaling wont work and my TV got no option to correct the image.
I tried this solution but it did not work. Does anyone here got an solution? got the problem in both android and windows but windows is the only OS I wanna use on the tablet so no need for an android solution 🙂
