Hi, connect a keyboard up to it and go into the bios. In advance options, North bridge, try setting the memory speed frequency A to 1066 if it isn’t already set to 1066Mhz. If that is already set to 1066Mhz lower the RAM timings from typical or fast to slow or even slow-slow to see if that fixes the issue. If not it’s some kind of power delivery issue or other hardware fault get a replacement or refund.
