Performance after flesh win 10 installation

I installed the latest win 10 version via USB which I created with MS’s media creator program. After the routine tweaks on services.msc, regedit and msconfig, it is noticeably smoother than before. Keyboard works better and trackpad is acceptable, also it takes up around 10GB space in my SSD.

the only problem i have is one unknown “media controller” device shows up in device manager, quite sure what it is but everything seems working fine.
