After I had some changes in the BIOS of the Pipo w1 pro it won’t start up.
Only black screen but the tablet powers on the USB Ports.
As there is no way to reset the BIOS settings, I have to flash the BIOS chip with the original BIOS image but I don´t have it.
Could someone read a working BIOS and provide it to me so I can flash it in my tablet?
Bellow i prepared manual how to to do bios backup from windows, its 100% safe and take 5 minutes.
1. Boot into Windows
2. Download afuwin tool from ami.com website
3. Extract that archive on the tablet
4. Go to AFUWin folder
5. Run afuwingui.exe
6 Select save option
7. Save file
Once you have the ROM file please provide it directly in this thread.
Thanks in advance.
Please drBG if you find bios please share with me too.
Hi, I send a pm but now I see the forum let me attach files.
Attached is my W1 Pro BIOS backup. I hope is enough, best regards!,
PS: I don’t know if is important, but the AFU tool is for “AMI AptioV”, the others don’t work.
