In December 2015 I ordered the PiPo W1s:
It was the version with 2GB Memory 32GB
PIPO W1S 10.1 inches original docking Magnetic Connection Keyboard Article no. 623 044
PIPO W1S 2GB Windows 10 32GB Atom X5 Tablet PC 10.1 inch FHD screen 3G HDMI Black Article no. 823131-1200

The installed Windows 10 Home (10240) was a 32-bit version.
I found out that the BIOS only the installation of x32 system allows.

By chance I then came on a Russian forum which deals with this device.
Unfortunately, I can not Russian but with Google Translator I could translate the forum into English and follow the discussions.
There I found a new BIOS and the solution to the touch screen problem.

    warning
Important here is that you the correct BIOS version selects as it probably a version for version 2GB memory and 4GB memory gives.
As I understand it destroys the wrong version BIOS total.

By the BIOS update, the Windows 10 Home Key in the BIOS is deleted.
If Windows was already activated, it is not a problem since carried the new activation on the Microsoft Hardware ID.
But I would advise you to read out the Key beforehand and store.

After the BIOS update you do not have access to your data. Please make a backup.
    BIOS Update:
As I have noted, there is probably a typo fault in the “0_flash32.bat” (the file name is specified incorrectly).
The files can be found here in the download area.
    or
    http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=716281&st=120#entry49574339

you have to be registered by 4pda.ru in order to make the download
    PIPO_W1S-BIOS_v3.2.3_ (2GB + 4GB) .7z

In my case I have made the BIOS flash under Windows.
    I used “H8811_V3.2.3_DOS_P1S0M1L3B101T49C65W1H2G1C1P0D0C12M0_X64_LogoPIPO20160401-2GDDR.bin” .
Everything worked fine and the unit made a Shout Down.

After reset, although the device was launched, but after PiPo Logo the system crashed to the EFI shell and is not Windows Launched.

When the Device is restarted, I set everything in the BIOS to default and there as in 4pda Forum described the setting AdvancedSystem ComponentOS Image ID set to Windows 10,
but after the start of the computer again same problem, after the PiPo Logo crash the system.

(Tip: the boot sequence can be changed in the BIOS or by pressing FN + F7 during PiPo Logo)

As I found out, now the new BIOS support only the start of x64.

    Clean install:
After I made a x64 USB stick with Win 10 Home (1607) I could install the system clean.

After the clean install of course lacks many drivers.

I have the drivers extracted from the install.wim (PiPo Site) and used for installation.
You will found the install.wim at

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BxgzXeYrSwBPWjQzYU9fcjFqLWs

The offered driver in the 4pad.ru forum SileadTouch.fw does not working for me.
    http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=716281&st=160#entry50015821
    I copy this driver to
    C: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ and restart the system.

I take the driver from the install.wim (PiPo Site) .
    This works for me.

Now the PiPo W1s works as it should.

For me it was the first and last PiPo device I bought.
The W1s is ok for my purposes but the support is bad.
At the PiPo homepage there is no information about the BIOS update or the touch screen problem
    Best regards Carsten
