This tablet was a Christmas Gift so I cannot get any advice or help from Gear Best without an order number.  Also, Microsoft cannot help.  I had been using the Android side only and I had booted to the Windows 8.1 side a few times just to see if it worked without any issues.  However, a few days ago I booted to the Windows 8.1 side to use the printer.  Android would only open one pop-up and I could not print from there.  Anyway, there was not an option to get back to the Android side of the tablet.  Hence, I was working in Windows 8.1 to correct this when I encountered the Blue Screen of Death!  Recovery:  Your PC needs to be repaired:  The Boot Config. Data is missing some required information.  File: \BCD  :  Error Code: 0xc0000034.  I have downloaded the 4 files with the W3F Dual Os but I get stuck at typing in fpt32.efi -f bios.bin.  I type in fs12\  and then dir :  Comes up as follows:  Directory of: fs12:\ 02/18/16  10:36a <DIR>   4,096 bios.bin (in blue) 0 file(s)   0 bytes 1 (Dir(s) Then I type fpt32.efi -f bios.bin as directed and receive error message not recognized.  Please advice what I am doing wrong.  Honestly, if there is a way just to boot into the Android side that will be awesome because that is all I want to do.  I have ALL my information on the Android side.  I have been working for months to get it just the way I wanted it and now I cannot get back there.  Any and All assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Please note that I am a novice and need very detailed instructions.  Thank you and I greatly appreciate Any and All Assistance.  Have a Great Day!!
