Please help (clean install)

I have got a new X98 plus and I was stupid enough to try install a new clean Windows 10 Pro from a bootable USB without knowing about all the driver issues.

So now I got stuck with the table without any driver to use anything (except for the mouse and a bootable USB that were luckily enough can be use together by the OTG cable). I have tried download the driver from the download section http://techtablets.com/teclast-x98-plus/downloads/ but don’t know how to install them.

Can someone please instruct me how to solve the current situation 🙁

I have figured out how to install the driver and manually install all of them, one after another. So everything works now except for the camera (which cannot be install due to digital signature something) and the touch screen (dunno which driver to install). Can someone please help?

Thanks David, everything works just fine now 🙂

A small issue is that the device seems to slow down quite a bit, maybe because of multiple drivers installed from two different sources. So do you think I should do a clean install again only use the package you provide? Thank you.
