I would be glad if anybody had an idea about my problem.

A couple of days ago my tablet would show USB Error 43 whenever I plugged in the Teclast keyboard in my keyboard docking port. I tried different generic solutions for USB Error codes but none worked. Then again, sometimes my keyboard would work just fine.

Since 2 days the tablet won’t show neither the USB Error nor a non-functioning device in device manager, as it did previously.

The keyboard is also not detected when using Remix OS 2.0 (Note that the problems started before the installation of Remix OS).

I also tried to deeply discharge the battery, which I first thought had helped, but nowadays it has no effect.

Has anyone any idea what to do and do you think the error is within the tablet or the keyboard?

I can’t tell, since I need to press F7 to enter Bios, which doesn’t work. It won’t work in Remix OS either.

maybe the keyboard is just broken. If you want, you can open the tablet and look at the connector to see if you findĀ something that look suspicious.

I think the risk to brake anything would be too high if I opened the tablet. Judging from the outside everything looks normal to me.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tablet keyboard with touchpad which doesn’t work via bluetooth?

Just when I had ordered a new keyboard of the same type, I somehow figured it out that once I plug in an audio jack it is recognized again and stays like that even when I unplug it. Very strange.
