Please help new vi10 pro problem.

Hello all.

I just got my new vi10 pro from gearbest.

But there is a weird problem with my tablet.

When I took the tablet out the box the charger orange led was blinking.

When the tablet was turned on all seemed fine but the tablet thinks it has a charger connected all the time.

The otg function works fine and I can access files from the micro usb port.

It charges okay, but I remove the charger and the tablet still states it is charging and screen brightness stays at 100%.

Is there some bios setting that could be messed up?

I have upgraded to windows 10 but the problem was there on 8.1 also.

Please help.

Sounds like your tablet is actually charging itself from the battery.

There is probably a power pin in the Micro USB port shorting out on something or one of the solder joints on the internal connector is bridged.

Worst case is that somewhere else on the board with relation to the charging circuit has a bridge
