please help urgent, not booting anymore

had nothing but problems with my hi10.

after contacting the seller on ebay.

he said i can return my tablet for a full refund.

i went into the settings of windows 10 and wanted to delete my account and reset the tablet.

it started to reboot and turned off.

now it just shows the chuwi splash screen and reboots over and over.

any advice???

im starting to lose my mind with this tablet.
