Please, Help with bluetooth and wifi on windows 10

Hi , i read about the problem with wifi and bluetooth on Windows 10 and i cannot navigate with bluetooth on, i cannot use an external adapter and i read about changue bluetooth driver but it´s for my imposible, i tried many config and drivers but not run, anyone have the specific solution and software for repair it? i not understand how can sell a Tablet with this big mistake.

I am also having same problem with the Bluetooth headset in win10 .It’s connected but the sound is not clear but it’s working fine with Android. Help
