Please help with my chuwi hipen h3!

I’m using chuwi hi 13 with chuwi hipen h3. At the first the hipen worked as a pen without pressing no buttons but just writing down on the screen, just as I thought. But suddenly the setting has been changed and now the default setting become the eraser. So without pressing the buttons on the pen, it just keeps deleting my notes, and in order to write down something, I have to write down on the screen with the pen’s down button is pressed.

What is the solution for this issue?
Please help! 🙂
