    Hi there, I do not use Windows much but I wonder why the keyboard does not appear on screen when I tap any text box. It appears only if I tap the keyboard icon on the bottom right corner. Any settings suggestion? I have External keyboard helper installed

    Go to settings/devices/typing and make sure you turn on last setting- if device is not in tablet mode…. that should do the trick.

    That’s a normal behavior for Windows Desktop mode, if you toggle tablet mode on  (from Action Center) then the onscreen keyboard will pop up as you expect when you click the cursor in an entry field.
