Can you open the back of the laptop and take a picture of the battery. Because I have seen similar laptop Yepo 737A which looks identical to the Ezbook 3 pro, but when you take the back off you see there is a half size battery inside…

Thanks Joe, I will take a look when I get the chance. According to BatteryBar, the battery is 48,000 mWh which is the standard for EZBook 3 Pro’s right?

This capacity windows is reporting is faked…The real should be around 36000 mWh.

Aside from hardware issues, you could try looking at two other things:

1.Your ezbook windows 10 power plan.  My ezbook 3 pro v4 defaults to “ultra performance” all of the time.  This runs the cpu at top speed constantly, as I verified by watching the speeds while just surfing.  I had two other power plans, “balanced” and “ultra battery saving” if my memory serves me.  I am typing this on a Teclast 10 s and I have tried to find these plans but no luck.  Could your ezbook be running a lot faster than it needs to?

    2. A trick you might follow to condition the battery would be to run it down to nothing and then plug it in for 8 or more hours.  This might get the battery to run better.  At least I have seen this advice given on a Chinese forum for another tablet.

Anyway if it isn’t a hardware problem, these two tips might help.

Thanks again Joe. I will have a look around the power options. In regards to charging the battery for 8+ hours, could this be a bit risky? Will my Jumper detect that the battery is at maximum power capacity?

When i started for the first time the Ezbook, the battery life reported was 7 h, now after 5-6 days and after some updates it’s 5. Why ?? It’s really strange that.. now i have Windows 10 Fall Creator.

I was going off Battery Bar…

When I have some downtime, I am going to perform a clean install of Windows 10 hopefully, this improves battery life.
