Use Mirek190‘s custom partition table method. Replace the Android ROM’s stock ‘partition.tbl‘ file with the custom partition template of your choice (In your case, pick the “Android Only” template). Then flash your tablet with MFT following the steps provided in one of my posts.

Mirek’s custom partition pack can be downloaded here: http://techtablets.com/teclast-x98-air-3g/downloads/

This method was originally made for the Teclast x98 Air 3G, but it works just fine on Chuwi Hi8.

I did exactly what the OP wants to do by booting to gParted live iso on a USB stick and simply deleting the Windows partitions and adding them to the Android data partition. Worked perfectly and now I have over 27GB of local storage for Android. You can find the gParted iso here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gparted/files/latest/download

the “partition.tbl” method mentioned by Tony(2nd comment) works fine, way easier than gparted.
