I presume you have the keyboard and are having a problem getting the PrtScr key to work?  It works OK on my Cube. If so the following may help as an alternative:

1. install the MetroShot app from Windows Store —- this should be quick to do — or
2. what I use even though PrtScr works fine is an app called Snip which is not, repeat NOT the well known Snipping tool but something far superior — resizable screenshots,  whiteboard, inking tools, audio recording, photo capture etc. It is not in the Store but is a Microsoft Garage project — search for Snip, it is also called Office Snip, MS Snip, Windows Snip!
