PRO+ Review? Is this model out yet?

Hi, the Pro+ is meant to have a new heatsink on it. But I think this model is only for the Korean market, at least for now.

Is there anyway to buy it if i am in the UK? Do any stores ship it here? I feel like it would be stupid to buy the regular pro model as this one seems to have gotten rid of the main issues it was having
