Hello there,
I have my Tbook10 for about a month now and lately i’m running into a problem with booting. In Android it crashed and after restart it shows this (photo). The solution was to let it completly run out of power, so that the battery was empty. By that i think the BIOS (or EFI?) was reset. I’m now have this same problem again, here are my possibilities:
-I can access the InsydeH2O Menu
-Keyboard with OTG works fine
What is the meaning of the error messages of the EFI Shell? What can I do to resolve this problem?

August 14, 2016 at 12:38 pm #46798When Android is not booting β bootloop with teclast logo:
go to boot menu “Insyde H2O Menu” then click on android logo – hold volume down (constantly) + click OK
Then select “RECOVERY MODE” – tablet restart to Insyde H2O Menu – click to Android icon and OK…. you get android recovery
Now you must “wipe data/factory reset” and “wipe cache partition” and “reboot system now” πI only use android. It still falls down system. Tablet is a terrible shit πΒ I will try to return it to gearbest!

August 19, 2016 at 6:37 am #47320For me it is the opposite π Android works fine but Windows does not boot … IΒ don’t know what to do … reinstalling windows? I don’t know the procedure…
If you have a solution, please let me know, thanks.

As far as I have understood a problem that the tablet doesn’t see sections of memory, I have the same problem, in attempt to stitch through DNX Fastboot mode, not enough memory gives an error message, writes that only 8 GB are available.
