Problem with Language pack on Windows 10 and Chuwi HI12

Hi !

 

I have a Chuwi HI12 in dual boot with Wondows 10 Version 1511 Build 10586.218 in english version but i can’t change the language in French… I try :

• “Setting” => “time & language” => “region & language” => “add a language” => “Français (France)” => “Set as Default” => “Option” => “Download language pack” but the download stop
• so i try “Setting” => “time & language” => “region & language” => “additional date, time & regional settings” => “add a language” => “Français (France) => “option” => “Download and install language pack” (it’s run as administrator…) download Ok, but failed install !
• so i try to download manually the language pack for windows 10 http://winaero.com/blog/download-mui-language-packs-for-windows-10-build-10586/ and lunch lpksetup.exe, but it’s says “language pack is not of the same architecture as the system”

  If you have any solution for me… thanks a lot !

I think i find a solution, the good pack for chuwi HI12 in french is http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/updt/2015/11/lp_261edf9ccbe6e3a1a52e9488862f6a1e55c5d671.cab

Download the file (.cab)

Win+r

lpksetup.exe

and select the .cab file !

Pfff… don’t work, after 15min it’s failed…

I had same problem, I updated windows first via windows update.

Deaktivated Microsoft P2P Download,

Than restarted, than downloaded language pack, via settings, restart
