Problem with NPCs

The situation is just awful, maybe one of you can give me some advice. We’re drowning in character production work, need dozens of 3D сharacters for main cast and NPCs, but our small team cannot handle the volume. Quality is critical to us. Timeline is also critical. We looked at freelancers but worried about style consistency. Does anyone know studios that deliver multiple characters maintaining visual language?
