problem with ubuntu

hi everyone, i have this 2in1 pc and i thought i’d convert it to ubuntu. From the appearance it seems that everything is fine but the only obvious problem I encountered is the pen, in the sense that if the screen is vertical I have no problems but if I put it horizontally it makes me like touch ghost. how could i solve? also are there any utilities that tell me that all devices are recognized?
