Problems with FNF iFive Mini 4S.

Following the Recommended Tablets list here, I bought an FNF iFive Mini 4S.

Well, it seems not to have been a good choice. It was a present for my wife, as her previous Teclast died after two years. While it lived, the Teclast was great and much better than the iFive.

The problem might on the hardware or the software, but my wife says that it freezes down. Only turning it off and on again solves the problem.

Sending it back is impossible, as I am in Brazil, bought from China through Gearbest.

Is there something I can do to make work as it should?

I have the same problem. I have given up on getting it to work properly. I tried all ROMs, nothing will stop it from freezing randomly or crashing.
