Problems with X98 pro (K9C6)

Hello, I just got X98 pro K9C6 through aliexpress 3 days ago, already rooted and I’ve countered many problems:

• Android is using normally, even play games, but when I turned off screen, or Idle until screen goes off, it automatically reset (Chinese words -> Choose OS screen -> chinese words 2 times then Android UI), and when I leave it, not touching any, it’s going loop (Android UI -> auto reset -> Android UI …) until battery goes out
• Sound output is low even 100% maximum
• Sometimes window 10 black screen when I try to install an app, and not responding after that.

Sorry I’m new to this kind of tablet, and is anyone countered such problems? And can solved it? Thank you.

All are common problems reported by other people on this forum, read the posts, there’s even a FAQ
1) When you boot the tablet, make sure you get the OS selection screen, and select Android if you want to boot Android. If you don’t get the OS selection screen, power on with Volume up button pressed.
2) In Windows, right click on speaker icon on systray, playback devices, playback, select the device, properties, effects, disable system effects

Connect a USB keyboard, go into BIOS and set IGD turbo to Disable.

I’ve read all FAQ, but seem to be my problem is special:

My K9C6 choose OS screen working normally, but the main point I need help here is my Android automatically restart if not using any apps for a while or I turned off screen, but in Window 10 didn’t have that problem.
