I wonder if someone can help, I have bought the below Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 charger and I have used it once and I must say I am very disappointed while changing the Asus Zenpad 3s 10.
It took over 17 hours charing and still was not 100% charged? The manufacturer is getting confused somehow and want to send me a replacement with a type C charging port on the charger, but this won’the work of course unless I have got a type C to type C cable and Asus only provide a USB 2 to type C cable.
Can anyone please confirm whether the Asus provided cable should work with a certified Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 or should I purchase the suggested type C to type C charging device?
Or maybe, does the Asus not show fully charged and this is a glitch with the tablet?
