    Well, yes. Flash chip is 64 GB (more like 59 GB if you count in powers of 1024). Approximately half of it is dedicated to Android and half to Windows. There are many partitions created that take space. They contain the files needed to restore Android and Windows in case you chose that option in the operating system. You have about 20 GB free for each operating system.
