Bought the laptop as well (last week) and I am also having difficulties with this (upgraded to Win11 Pro). Let’s work together to figure this out 🙂
According to the specs sheet in Xiaomi’s website (https://www.mi.com/redmibook/pro15-intel/specs), here are the list of pre-installed software:
- Genuine Office Home and Student Edition, DTS Audio Processing, Xiaomi Cloud Service, Xiaomi Computer Assistant*, Xiao Ai, MIUI+,
- Fn+K performance smart selection mode (quiet mode/balanced mode/speed mode), Fn+S refresh rate quick switching function (60Hz/90Hz),
- NVIDIA GeForce Experience (dedicated graphics installation only)
From the list of drivers, I think everything was covered in the “System recovery and application” section except for “DTS Audio Processing”, the Fn+K/Fn+S software that we want, and “NVIDIA GeForce Experience”.
I was hoping it’s going to be under “Application software” but I think it only contains “Xiaomi Cloud Service”, “Xiaomi Computer Assistant”, and “Xiao Ai”.
Can you list the specific applications/drivers you installed on your end? (or did you install all of it like you mentioned in your post?). Maybe we can do process of elimination.
