Refunds from Taobao?

Hi guys

So I bought a keyboard case from Taobao and long story short, I need a refund since it hasn’t been shipped and seller can’t figure out how to ship outside Asia.

He told me what to do with the refund process (he said go to “I want to return” and select reason: “other” but now he’s telling me to cancel the refund.

Is there any “what not to do” with Taobao refunds so I don’t lose the money?
