I had the same problem. Could solve it by reinstalling Android and then Windows. This is a long way.

Have you tried with a USB Stick, which is prepared with Windows 10?

As you describe it, this was my problem too. Could not install only Windows. So I did install Android first. That means I started from scratch. For this purpose I used a Set of files from the teclast baidu cloud.

hi in the end i download the windows files from the Teclast site, and installed only the windows, with their guide and it worked great!
But this tab has many problems , after windows annual update i cant use the touch screen. double tap just not working, no matter what i tried.
also cant use micros sd slot,  cant read the card =\, i wonted to buy the Teclast x3 pro, but after this tab ,i reconsidered..
