Win 10 crashed during upgrade it tried to roll bac but failed and haven’t been able to run Win 10. Finally got OTG hub, trying to load Win 10 back on but it keeps failing. It wont run normally so using advanced install. There is a 32Gb NTFS directory, it won’t load onto this so I delete it so 32GB unformulated. then select it and Win reformats and goes into install process. I get a error “cant install formatted in NTFS require FAT32, etc” How do I format this drive to Fat32? Shouldn’t the windows install format to whats required.

Also the recovery folder was corrupt, it couldn’t fix windows with the install image. I ended up deleting this directory sp it’s all one directory. Is this an issue?
