    I was just thinking, the Remix OS 2.0 might breath some life into older but good tablets and TV-boxes, esp. using the 4 and 8 core Rockchip &  Allwinner processors like mentioned in the new $125 Onda V96 running Remix 2.0.   I’d also be interested in how flavors of Ubuntu runs on them as dual-boot perhaps.  This would be interesting I think for people not so happy with Windows and the sh*tty support for Linux, if not performance of Intel Atom based devices.  Other examples:
